Wether you have a property for sale or rent, discover our competitive prices on the market and our payment terms. For each Package, the available information is the unit price for an advertisement as well as the total price before tax for a package of 5, 10 or 20 advertisements. Prices also vary according to the duration of publication on the VCRE.CA website .

Once you have chosen and paid for a package, your account will be credited with the number of advertisements and the duration of publication for each of them.

For example :

If you buy:
- 1 package 20 – 6 months
- 1 package 10 – 9 months

your account will be credited of:

- 20 advertisements with a 6 month publication duration each
- 10 advertisements with a 9 month publication duration each.

If you wish to extend or renew an advertisement , you will pay the unit price of the package to which it belonged at the time you bought it.

For example: 1 advertisement belonging to a package of 20 – 6 months at the time of purchase, You will pay:

- $1.5 to extend or renew for 1 month
- $2 to extend or renew for 3 months
- $2.5 to extend or renew for 6 months
- $3 to extend or renew for 9 months

Wether property for sale or rent, vacant lands, condominiums, we don't take any commission of any kind on real estate transactions. Our rates apply to any type of property anywhere in Canada. The price of a property for sale on VCRE.CA website is at the sole discretion of the advertiser,  who could change the price at any time. We do not interfere in any way in the price and possible negotiations between buyers and sellers.
