How to create a new ad

HELP – GUIDE FOR PLACING ADVERTISEMENT AND MANAGING THE ADVERTISER'S ACCOUNT

We hope this guide will help you go through the different steps to publish one or more advertisements online. It will also help you to manage your advertisements in your account.

PURCHASE OF PACKAGES

Before you can save and publish an advertisement online, you must choose and buy a package corresponding to the number of advertisements you wish to place and the duration of their online publications.

Then your account will be credited with the number of advertisements you have bought as well as the duration you will have chosen for each of them.


> How to buy a package:

You must create and access to your account, then click the “Buy an Ad” button in the menu or in “My Ads” section of your account.

You are now on the page displaying all available packages.
Choose the package you want to buy and fill in all fields to proceed to the payment (Paypal or Credit Card).

Once the payment has been made, you are informed of the successful completion of the process.

You can go back to the “My Invoices” page where you can consult and print the detailed invoice related to your purchase.

SAVING AN ADVERTISEMENT

On the first page of the process to register a property, you must :

1) Select the area where the property is located

Province
Area – Region
City

2) Select the category or type of property

Category
Type

On the second page of the process, you must :

1) Fill in all the required and useful information related to your property

Information might be of three different types :

Check Boxes
Drop Down Combo Boxes
Text Boxes

2) Fill in information about the picture files of your property.

Pictures have to be located on your computer to be transferred onto our server (up to a maximum of 15 pictures).

Then, you give the following information :

The address of your property
The Price.

Click on the "Register" Button.

At that point, your advertisement is not yet online and there is no time limit for you to publish it online. The advertisement is in the list of "Ads in phase of creation" in the "My Ads" section of your account. You may modify it as many times as you wish. You may get a preview of the advertisement the way it will appear online.

If you wish to publish your advertisement online, just follow the hyperlink "Publish Online" next to the corresponding advertisement. The advertisement is then transferred to the list of "Pending Ads" (24 to 48 hours).

When the advertisement is validated, the ad is transferred to the list "Online Ads". Your advertisement credit is then debited of the corresponding online advertisement.

Once the publication ends (expiry date), the advertisement is then transferred to the list of "archived ads".
